You have been accepted to chase your dreams of becoming the best basketball player you can possibly be.
Here at Handle U we believe in a few things. Getting Better Everyday in Everyway, Making Others Better, and using Basketball as a platform for the rest of your life.
Through very detailed, focused, and rigorous skill development workouts we push our players to their limits both physically and mentally.
We aren’t tied into an AAU team or a club program so our main focus of growth and improvement is never hindered by winning or losing youth basketball games. Our training is ran by the only Class 4A All-Stater from the CIML who does private training for CIML players trying to chase the same goals and reach the same levels while playing in the same great Central Iowa Conference.
Handle University helps each student reach their highest potential. For some this may be improving their ball handling so they are more effective players on their middle school basketball team. For other students it is increasing the skill level and basketball IQ so they are able to take things to the next level on their AAU or high school basketball team. Handle University is also able to challenge the college and professional students by in addition helping improve their skills and basketball IQ challenging students when it comes to and mental preparation and physical preparation to play at the next level.
Handle University offers high skills level ball handling workouts that focus on the most basic and fundamental movement on a basketball court; going from point A to point B. With players getting bigger, faster, and stronger every day the importance of being able to handle the basketball seems to be flying under the radar. Handle University hopes to bring the focus back to the ball handing components of the game and reestablish the value it has to the development of your individual game. Each workout will focus on hand-eye coordination, proper technique, game situations at game speed, and the forgotten details that separate those that Handle the pressure and those that get Handled. Handle University is run by former Division 1 guard John Lamb
Hope to see you all in class!!
